4. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment for services:

• All rights to the completed work (manuscripts, designs, etc.) transfer to the client
• KDP Bookmasters retains the right to use anonymized samples for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed
• The client is responsible for any copyright registration of the final work
• Our writers waive all claims to authorship and agree to non-disclosure

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit is required to begin work on most projects
• Payment schedules will be outlined in your project agreement
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified at the time of quotation
• Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services

6. Revisions and Modifications

We offer revision rounds as specified in your service package. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges. Major changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised quotation and timeline.

• Full refund if cancelled before work begins

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any client who violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior toward our staff, or fails to make required payments. In such cases, refunds will be determined based on work completed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
